Citrix Support Specialist/ MCSE or CCA/CCEA in Dallas, TX

A Global Support Team Lead is needed to support technology on a highly diverse network of systems and applications including Windows 2000/2003 server, NT server, server hardware, clustered applications, and network communications for a seven to eight month contract with our Fortune 500 customer in Plano, TX. Job Requirements: -CANDIDATES MUST HAVE STRONG CITRIX 3.0 or 4.0 Presentation Server AND ACTIVE DIRECTORY SKILLS. - Within Citrix MetaFrame, must understand and possess hands-on experience with Presentation Server, Web Interface, Secure Gateway, STA, and Secure Access Manager. Support includes planning, testing, building, maintenance and repair, documenting, and end user support within established Citrix Global Enterprise environment. - Required skills are Citrix Metaframe, Server Class Hardware HP Proliant, Microsoft Windows 2003, 2000 Server admin, Experience in project management and the ability to troubleshoot Group Policy Application problems - MCSE with at least five years of experience or CCA or CCEA with at least five years of experience - Some travel required - Must have lived in the United States for the past 7 years.
