Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Desk Support Specialist for a contract to hire role with a high profile law firm based in Downtown Dallas, TX. In this role, the candidate will provide hands on and phone support as part of a team of 4 people. There are three offices (Dallas, Austin, and Houston) supported by this team. The ideal candidate will have strong hardware troubleshooting skills required with moderate software skills (Office, XP, etc). Legal software experience preferred. Some same day and overnight travel required once every other month. And there is an average 5 hours of overtime a week.
