Recruiting Projects Coordinator in Dallas, TX

This entry-level position uses basic knowledge of recruiting concepts, policies, practices and procedures. Developmental in nature, the incumbent knows and applies a fundamental understanding of recruiting to provide routine services and support. Tasks may include assisting with implementing recruiting strategies, screening applicants/resumes, conducting both phone and in-person interviews and coordinating aspects of the new hire process. Compiles and distributes company information/related materials and performs routine professional and administrative functions in support of recruiting efforts. May exercise some judgment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and techniques but generally works under close supervision with work being closely monitored.

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Assists more senior recruiting staff in formulating and implementing recruiting strategy to meet internal client needs (i.e., utilizing job boards, print ad, factoring in price/time requirements, etc.)

May review less complex/routine assignments to determine qualified applicants; makes recommendations to more senior recruiting staff.

Coordinates with senior recruiting staff, client hiring managers and applicant to schedule both phone and in-person interviews.

Assembles and distributes and processes upon completion required job applicant documents.

Prepares reoccurring reports and presentations as required.

May assist senior recruiting staff in contacting applicable job fairs, colleges, etc. to arrange interviews or maintain existing relationships.

May arrange travel and lodging for select applicants as required.

Reviews and provide input to relevant recruiting/company materials focusing on accuracy and thoroughness.
