The driven professional we seek will be responsible for partnering with HRIS and HR Business Partners to develop comprehensive test strategies and supporting methodology for PeopleSoft and other HR Systems.
Additional duties will include;
Manage QA process through all test cycles (Integration, Regression, UAT)
Generate detailed test cases and scripts based on business requirements
Work with HR Business to validate comprehensiveness of test cases
Execute test cases for System Integration and Regression Testing
Work with end users to manage User Acceptance Testing process
Maintain database of test cases
QA reporting
Qualified candidates will possess:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology or other closely related field with 5+ years experience building and executing test cases based on business requirements. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM version 8.8 or higher with strong technical aptitude, and an understanding of HR business practices and processes. Knowledge of Workbrain knowledge a plus.
