Technical Support/ Help Desk Analyst - 6 openings in Dallas, TX

Our Dallas based partner is looking for representatives to provide phone based technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Candidate will be providing technical support for activities including recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up. Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while the more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support. The position may involve the use of problem management databases and help desk system. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Candidate will have 1 + years of experience in a technical support role, preferably via the telephone. At least 3 + years of experience working with Windows XP is required, as well as 3 + years working with Microsoft Office Applications. An A+ certification is highly desirable. Experience of at least one year or more working with Active Directory is preferred. In addition, 1 + years of experience in VPN and/or Remote Access experience is preferred.
