Help Desk Analyst I in Dallas, TX

Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst.

On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 helpdesk support for a single proprietary financial application used by auditors for engagement purposes. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be able to maintain a very high call resolution; advanced Microsoft XP and XP 2003 experience; have 1+ years experience supporting either a proprietary application or a financial application; a BS degree; and be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and a motor vehicle check.
