Requirements gathering, documentation, writing use cases, test plans/test scripts/test Cases, SDLC. Function as the client liasion. Experience flow charting tools (Microsoft Visio), using MS-Project, and using Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Powerpoint)

Airline Industry is a plus
