Paladin Consulting Inc. is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Business Analyst in Downtown Dallas, TX.
Job Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst
DIRECT HIRE
Salary: $85,000-$95,000
Job Requirements/Description:
. Must have 5+ years experience with PS Financials 8.8.
. This is a Functional BA role so strong communication skills are a must!
. There MAY be an opportunity for this Financial PS person to eventually have some projects in the HR PS area so they will be able to work in both financials and HR.
. Regular communication with business users to identify critical and high-value business needs that should be implemented in underlying business application software and/or re-engineering opportunities.
. Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials (prefer version 8.8) environment (5+ years).
. Moderate experience supporting PeopleSoft HRMS (prefer version 8.8) is a plus, but not required. Moderate level of accounting background is preferred.
. Would prefer someone with some technical background in PeopleSoft as well.
. Experienced in business requirements identification and documentation at a level of detail that will support project design.
. Ability to validate that PeopleSoft design and implementation satisfies business requirements accurately and completely.
. Expected to document and model key business processes for business units/groups.
. Demonstrated ability to develop report definitions and ad hoc reports as required by the business.
. Ability to work with business partners to define and set up PeopleSoft configurations (payroll tables, chart of accounts, print distribution, etc.).
. Ability to develop, coordinate, and administer PeopleSoft user training.
. Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting, design ad hoc reports, and investigating process reengineering opportunities.
