As the Business Analyst, you will have experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD) and be familiar with relational database and client-server concepts. You will have a strong understanding of both the insurance and technology businesses, business requirements analysis methods, project/request lifecycle and MS Project and project planning skills. A background or previous work experience in the health insurance industry is highly preferred.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
- RAD (Rapid Application Development) experience.
- Familiar with relational database and client-server concepts.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Strong understanding of business requirements analysis methods.
- Understanding of both the insurance and technology businesses.
- The ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
- Understanding of project/request lifecycle.

- Good meeting management skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
