As the IP Telephony Architect, you will have extensive experience in IP Telephony and network deployment, specifically in Cisco IPCC/UCC. It is expected you will have at least 5 years experience as a sales engineer/solution architect. Cisco IP Telephony Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Technical/Operations Lead.
- Design and deploy telephony solutions and hosted solutions.
- Design and deploy Cisco UCC and IPCC telephony solution and enhancements.
- IP Telephony architecture and Integrated Agent desktop solutioning.
- Install and deploy IP telephony solutions.
- Mentor, manage and monitor of IP agent desktop solutions.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
- Extensive experience in IP Telephony and network deployment, specifically Cisco IPCC/UCC.
- At least 5 years as a sales engineer/solution architect.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with at least 8 years telecom experience or Masters in Computer Science with 6 years telecom experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Cisco IP Telephony Certification is a plus.
