Will plan, install and test new mainframe products and new operating systems. z/OS 1.4 or above knowledge is necessary.
Will test and perform maintenance on third party software and operating system.
SMP/E skills are necessary.
Working knowledge of HSC is needed.
Problem determination skills needed for operating system and product troubleshooting.
Will need to be organized and able to create and manage a project plan.
Good customer facing skills necessary.
