Bilingual Technical Support - 3rd Shift in Dallas, TX

Our Dallas client is looking to hire a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst on a long term contract basis to fill their international help desk. The hours are from 1:00 am to 10:00 am.Bilingual Skills needed: skills in French, Portuguese, Polish, German, or Italian. Strong English skills are a must. Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot various IT related issues while providing excellent customer service over the telephone Follow detailed instructions and process documentation Effectively track, document and follow up on cases or issues as they arise Able to work in a fast paced, team orientated, environment Direct End Users to appropriate self support tools or resources if available Operate within customer standard operating procedures Provide professional, high quality, customer serviceAssets:Able to technically document familiar problems and solutions for addition to Help Desk knowledgebase. Knowledge with VPN, Citrix, active directory and command prompt Experience in Network printing troubleshooting Knowledge of common Help Desk SLA's Certified in MCSE, ITIL, or Network a plusQualified candidates will also be able to: Respond to emails in a timely manner Convey appropriate sense of urgency in the resolving of customer issues Be Committed to unsurpassed customer service Follow detailed, step by step instructions Work with minimal supervision under time sensitive situations Manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately Requirements Education: College, University, or Major: Information Technology Certificate Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience: 1 + year(s) Technical Help Desk and 2 + years in Call Center or customer service related industries Certified in A+, or be in progress of obtaining Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Experience in the Windows 2X environment Experience recording, tracking, escalating, and updating calls through the Call tracking System High integrity.
