Hands-On Help Desk Manager in Dallas, TX

Dallas property management organization is seeking a technical support manager to lead their level 1 analysts through junior network administrators in infrastructure and application support on a full time basis. The technical support manager will be responsible for project management, as well as developing policies and procedures, incident management and providing SLA management on a daily basis. Candidates should have current hands-on experience with Windows work station hardware and software, as well as a solid understanding of ITIL.
