Commercial property management firm based in downtown Dallas seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible to meet with decision makers, systems owners and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues; lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow; review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems; identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions; collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications and more. Experience: Requirements include bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 3 + years of business analysis experience,
including technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development. Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products and the ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language required. The ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products as required and strong knowledge of computer systems, computer technologies and their relationship to business functions, practices and processes. Experience in multifamily industry and with Yardi Voyager and/or RealPage OneSite management systems desired. The ability to travel for business purposes required.
