Epic Support Analyst in DALLAS, TX

Our client is upgrading their patient management system from Cerner to Epic. In order to support the application, they are looking for helpdesk consultant to see them through their first two phases. In addition they will be providing traditional tier 1-3 technical support. This will be the first contact for all technical issues for the company. Will take all incoming support calls. The goal is either to resolve yourself or escalate to either Desktop, Server/Network, or the applications team. Must have either a MCSA, MCSE, CNA, or CNE.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Advanced Windows XP, Intermediate EPIC, Basic Windows Server 2003, Advanced MS Office, CNA - Cert Novell Admin, CNE - Cert Novell Engineer, MCSA - MS Cert Systems Admin, MCSE - MS Cert Systems Engr
