Answer incoming calls for technical support issues. Interpret and resolve issues for customers.

Requirements
Excellent customer care skills, one to two years customer care experience in a technology help desk or contact solutions center support environment. Ability to understand and learn about technical issues and jargon. Must have strong PC and typing skills.
