We are looking for a talented individual to join a growing healthcare organization here in Dallas. The selected candidate will work with the Quality Assurance Testing Coordinator to provide detailed training on testing methodologies, policies and procedures for project team members. Responsibilities will include the following: Work with project teams and project management to identify required analyst and end-user testing resources, Work with management to resolve resource conflicts and constraints, Develop testing schedules and communicate schedules to assigned testing resources, project teams, and the Quality Assurance Manager, Work with the Quality Assurance Testing Coordinator to coordinate scheduling of testing resources to include access to testing repositories, automation tools, and testing facilities, Ensure testing requirements are fully documented, Coordinate the development of test plans and scripts with project teams, Review test plans, scripts, and results for appropriateness and compliance with established policies and procedures, Ensuring testing deliverables satisfy requirements, Identify, document, and follow to resolution testing issues, risks, assumptions, and constraints, Document and communicate unusual events, issues, exceptions or other concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager, Ensure required Testing Sign-off is obtained and documented, Report testing activities, status’, and metrics to the Epic Project Leadership and the Quality Assurance Manager, Determine validity, need and impact of deviations from standards and procedures and Recommend techniques and procedures for improved quality and productivity.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Quality Assurance, QTP and LoadRunner experience is required. Candidates with healthcare application implementation experience (specifically with Cerner Millennium or EPIC) is highly desired.
