Help Desk Analyst III in DALLAS, TX

We are searching for a Helpdesk Analyst to join our helpdesk team. Responsibilities include:
-Will take all incoming support calls.
-The goal is either to resolve yourself or escalate to either Desktop, Server/Network, or the applications team. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: Required skills include:
Advanced Windows XP, Basic Windows Server 2003, Advanced MS Office, CNA - Cert Novell Admin, CNE - Cert Novell Engineer, MCSA - MS Cert Systems Admin, MCSE - MS Cert Systems Engr, etc.
