Commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator position is to administer, support and monitor the operations for multiple Yardi databases. The position is responsible for installing, testing and implementing all software releases including packages, patches and full version releases. Other responsibilities of the Yardi Administrator include back-end database administration, utilizing expert knowledge of the Yardi database schema and normalization, using SQL to write simple to complex queries/updates/inserts to troubleshoot and automate functions that cannot be run from the front end software and troubleshooting data integrity issues, performance issues and implement appropriate resolutions. The Yardi Support Administrator will be responsible for creating and maintaining a SQL script library, monitoring all scheduled batch jobs and monitoring Yardi Report Conductor, report email distribution, maintaining all menu sets for all user groups/roles and collaborating with the technical support and training groups to develop and implement tools to improve support efficiency and effectiveness.
