POSITION:
Business Analyst
LOCATION:
Dallas/ Richardson, TX
Responsibilities:
Responsible for various financial research and analyses including product, region, project costing and expense/capital spending.
This position will be a financial liaison to various reporting units and will assist with financial management and support.
Must be proficient with modeling, access databases and have the ability to develop analysis tools. Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards) and data warehouse applications desired.
Significant involvement with the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and some involvement with accounting for month-end close and financial statement consolidation.
Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years Finance or Accounting experience
Experience with Visual Basic and MDX Query required
Must have advanced computer skills using Microsoft Analysis Services, Access & Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and work independently
