Level 2 Support in Dallas, TX

Level 2 Support Team is the technology team from US IT that provides for solutions* IT secondary support: advanced user guidance (non-scripted); reporting; technical administration; post-fix solution (application) system testing. This is the second point of escalation when the problem or issue cannot be resolved by First Level Support. Location: Dallas, TexasDuration: 6-12 monthsRate: $25-40/hr
Experience: Additional Must Have Skills: Analytical skills, SQL, Good written and verbal communication skills, Lotus Notes, and understanding of relation databases.
