Configuration Manager in Dallas, TX

Will manage the configuration process, including creation of reports. Maintain the master device list and baseline configurations, and the configuration item list, including the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The following skills and experience are mandatory: Minimum of one - two years of experience with a CMDB (Atrium or equivalent) Minimum of one-two years of ITIL configuration process experience ITIL Foundations certification, Practitioner Level is preferable, specifically, Change and Release Management Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a distributed Web environment. Experience in a 3 tier architecture, with software components such as WebSphere, WebLogic, Oracle, SiteMinder, Sun Identity Manager. Experience defining and documenting processes, while implementing ITIL framework Experience with BMC tool suite, ie, Remedy Experience implementing Release Management Experience working in a large, multi-vendor, multi-customer environment. General requirements include extensive use of Microsoft Word and Excel; superior verbal and written communications; attention to detail; and organizational skills.
