Product Manager in Dallas, TX

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing a product line that will involve a high degree of coordination between the key market players, clients,prospects, and internal departments. The Product Manager will work very closely with the Sales/Business Development as well as Senior Management to ensure the right direction and implementation for the product line and will stay in-tune with any necessary changes that will be needed to grow the revenue stream. Responsibilities Managing a product line through all stages of the life cycle and working with stakeholders/clients to define and execute product road map(s) Driving a combined development effort across different product management teams to optimize client satisfaction and profitability while ensuring product compatibility Becoming and industry expert and understanding the competitive landscape Supporting the Sales team in communicating the value of new releases via marketing material, business solutions presentations, and product demonstrations Specifying requirements for current and future product functionality by conducting market research and input from internal areas that have contact with the client and prospect base Providing the details for current and future functionality that will be part of the knowledge base available to clients Clearly define the scope of work and document requirements for any new functionality that will provide enough information to the Development and Quality Assurance areas to plan their part of the life cycle appropriately Maintain a dashboard to communicate the current state of the assigned product line to other areas of the company and senior management Requirements BA or BS minimum CPA 8 years experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems development/implementation PC skills Microsoft Office; excel modeling skills a plus Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mind, task oriented, and strong work ethic Team oriented experienceTravel will be required as necessary To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
