BCS has been asked to indentify a Marketing Operations Analyst for one of our clients. The initial duration of this project is months Scope of work: The Marketing Operations Analyst supports marketing fulfillment processes in the day-to-day operations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for building and maintaining KPIs, and driving and steering the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of multiple process improvement and customer usability projects. Operations Support Implements business operations support to insure customer satisfaction, including acting as the single point of contact with external customers, internal field sales representatives, and vendors Facilitates solutions to resolve customer help tickets Establishes strong collaborative working relationships with internal constituents whose support is critical in ensuring successful operational performance Reporting Develop and deliver worldwide KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for sample fulfillment operations to management Conduct performance measurement and cycle time analysis to quantify how work is performed and calculate anticipated efficiency/capacity gains Drives analysis to meaningful conclusions and prepare effective presentations to convey findings Project Management Organize and facilitate assigned cross-functional process improvement initiatives Manage assigned business process transformation projects, requiring project leadership, planning, reporting, team member guidance, and issue resolution Responsible for the coordination of projects, manages project timelines and summarizes progress Identify opportunities for improvement and document business case for review by management Define and manage key stakeholder expectations and drive successful delivery and completion of projects Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree required At least 3 years marketing operations experience and basic knowledge of business principles Strong voice of customer listening skills Desire to learn, the ability to multi-task, strong critical thinking skills and creative problem solving abilities Ability to manage and lead multiple tasks and projects across functional areas and business groups Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills Must be able to work independently when appropriate and in teams on daily basis Strong sense of urgency and follow through in addressing issues Experience in development, launch and execution of internal and external Web based programs Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Adept at using MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel Knowledge of SQL and Electrical Engineering (helpful but op To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
