Production Support Analyst/Coordinator in Dallas, TX

Must have good analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Not looking for a programmer. There are number of applications that the LOBs have been supporting and the group is taking on the role of coordinating. Will not be correcting issues with applications but will be managing the incidents and ensuring the correct person is engaged to resolve the problem. Applications will be Client/Server applications, so VB, JAVA, C++ knowledge would be a plus. Experience: 5 years in a production support/coordination role. Mortgage or banking background preferred.
