Applications Developer - Client Server in Dallas, TX

We are seeking a metastorm developer with 5-7 years of Metastorm BPM/eWork experience. As a developer on the Metastorm BPB/eWork application, this individual will be responsible for: taking business requirements documents and converting them into technical specifications, Metastorm Designer Maps; coding the application to meet those technical specifications; testing their own code and conducting peer reviews of code to meet the business requirements for the application; troubleshooting the current production environment where defects have been identified and correcting those; supporting QA in their testing efforts of the application. Experience and knowledge of business process analysis and requirements definition utilizing process modeling methodologies. Technical environment: .NET 3.0 on SQL2000 environment running Metastorm BPM (7.5). The application also has interfaces (XML, webservice, and pipe-delimited text formats ) to other global applications (SharePoint, SQL Server SSIS, RS & AS) and uses complex browser and server scripts (VBScript, JavaScript, C#). Experience: Key Skills required: SQL Server, .Net, ETL Tools, C#, ASP, XML, OOP, Webmethods, Technical Writer, 5-7 years of Metastorm BPM/eWork; 7-9 years of ASP.net, ADO.net, C#.NET; 4-5 years of .NET 3.0; 4-5 years of Object Oriented Programming; 4-5 years of Web Services; 4-5 years of XML; 4-5 years of SQL Server (2000/2005); 4-5 years of SOAP; Exposure to Web forms. Very analytical, strong communication skills and teaming/remote working skills needed.
