SAP Senior Manager in Dallas, TX

This newly created position will be responsible for managing multiple projects as well as driving sales by selling the full range of BearingPoint offerings in the ERP space.

Job Description:

Responsible for specific revenue and operating margin targets for the particular account.
Ownership for all activities for a set of accounts or within a domain; onsite point of escalation for any client or team issue.
Develops strong relationships with clients, bringing corporate leadership and value add around business discussions.
Consults at a senior level (EVP, CEO, CIO), developing new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
Oversees ongoing project management, resource allocation and project staffing.
Works close with Sales management to evaluate and pursue engagement opportunities.
Frequently provides pre-sales support, responsible for new and existing business development from the account.
The ideal candidate will have the experience and skills to take on responsibility for multiple project engagements with Fortune 500 organizations, serve as a link between client and company and eventually take a leadership role for all Project Managers within the organization.
Develops consulting business, discusses consulting services, project planning and issues with clients; drives planning and resource allocation.
Directs consulting teams through project and technical managers; oversees project delivery teams of 10-25+ employees.
Travel : 75%.
Account Management/ SALES GROWTH: Executes sales practices to ensure the achievement of revenue, margin, new account penetration and customer satisfaction results for the assigned account. Participate in steering committee meetings and monthly SLA reviews.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Delivers sales presentations with internal staff. Establish and maintain client relationships, conduct negotiations, acquire new business, manage customer satisfaction. Conduct sales pursuit campaigns, develop new business in existing accounts and generate proposals.
METRIC OWNERSHIP: Provides sales reports for key metrics such as sales volume, profitability multiple, Personal and group chargeability, pipeline and areas of proposed client base expansion.
INNOVATIVE EYE: Stay current on developments and changes within the industry and account base. Develop business plan annually for pursuing the Account. Comprehension of corporate financials; ability to interpret balance sheets and other relevant financial reports and models.

Required Experience/ Qualifications

Requirements:
