Sr. Support Analyst Help Desk MCSE required in Dallas, TX

Preferred: Cisco routers switches etc, AS400 support helpful.

I have an immediate Help Desk, Level-3, Sr. Support Analyst position open in the Dallas area. My client wants to fill this position immediately; urgent need. This is a full-time permanent position with excellent benefits. You must have an MCSE 2000 or 2003 certification, 3+ years strong level-3 Help Desk technical support for MS Windows 2003 and XP platforms including Desktop, Laptop, and Networking. You must have strong Imaging and Deployment to remote sites, support of all MS Office products, SMS, Active Directory user accounts and user groups, Outlook, Exchange, LAN / WAN, etc. Your primary responsibility is Windows 2003 and XP hardware, software, MS Office, and Network phone support for our end users and customers (90%); you will have some opportunity to build servers / desktops (10%).

Help Desk support experience with Cisco routers, switches, etc is helpful; AS400 OS400 environments is helpful.

You must have very courteous & professional client support skills, with excellent English communications.

This position includes the following:
