QA Support Analyst in Dallas, TX

This is a 3 month contract to hire in Dallas starting ASAP!

The purpose of the Quality Assurance Support Analyst is to work with the QA / Support Team and other teams to ensure delivery and continued success of the software solution. Successful delivery includes fully testing, training and supporting the software application.

Tests software development according to project requirements; tracks deviations and defects during QA and UAT cycles; creates and utilizes test scripts; maintains communication with the client during testing; helps to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of assignments; documents release notes; prepares training documentation, agendas and manuals; trains client end-users and super-users on system functionality; creates a project binder containing all project information; provides front-line support for support calls; works with developers to resolve issues; responds to trouble tickets with a solution; conducts learning opportunity demonstrations during company meetings; balances and self-manages QA and Support tasks equally.

Experience: 4 year degree in Information Systems or equivalent, Microsoft Office experience, Testing experience, Client/Software Support experience, basic understanding of Microsoft OS and network topologies, Communication skills, Software Training experience is desired.
