Sr. FileNet System Administrator in Dallas, TX

Description: This position has the responsibility of supporting ACS' multi-client FileNET systems. This includes but limited to completing customer requests, perform FileNet software installations, applying software patches and perform problem resolution. REPESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The FileNet Administrator will perform tasks aimed at maintaining the itegrity and availability of production FileNet systems. These tasks include backups, restorals, performance monitoring, tuning, capacity planning, upgrades and migrations to maintain release currency, and implement requested or required changes. Consults with hardware, communications and database experts and/or vendors to ensure viability of systems. Prepares acceptance test plans, conducts acceptance tests and confirms results. Ensures that systems documentation is updated according to client and ACS' standards. May assist in user training. Occasionally may provide guidance to and assist in the training of less experienced staff. Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge and compiles information into recommendations/analyses. ______________________ Education and Typical Years of Experience: Degree or Technical certificate required. Would prefer FileNET certification in IS, CS E-Process, and P8. 4 years working with FileNET Image Services, CS, P8, and E-Process. ______________________ Specific Requirements: Must have working experience with troubleshooting and problem solving. Experienced installation, configure and upgrade of FileNET software and various components. Oracle and/or SQL Server knowledge is a plus.
