Sr. LEAD QA Engineer in Dallas, TX

LEAD QA POSITION FULL-TIME with FORTUNE 500 COMPANY Job Responsibilities will consist of organizing and leading automated regression test projects associated with various application development initiatives within the Technology Department. The person in this role must be able to independently execute each step of the automation test cycle, which include startup, planning, execution and reporting. In addition, this person will train and mentor other members of the Automation Test Team in aspects of the selected test tool and automated testing in order to augment Team member skill levels. The candidate in this role must be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support project goals. Candidate must work well in a Team environment. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with development Teams regarding approaches and options in automated regression testing. The candidate must work within test processes and methods and be able to integrate those processes into the development life cycles of projects in motion. The Automation Test Team consists of 12 people reporting to a Manager of Configuration, Testing & Deployment Team. The Team provides automated regression test support for project teams in both the Customer Experience and Operations areas. Experience: * 3+ years experience with the Quick Test Professional Tool (QTP) * 4+ years VBScripting experience, must be able to code without Record/Playback function * 5+ years experience in automated regression test design * 5+ years experience in application analysis & programming * 5+ years experience in requirements gathering * 4+ years experience in independently leading and organizing automation projects * Self motivated * Team player * Good writing and communication skills To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
