Must have:
1-2 years experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007 (with at least one year where SharePoint was the primary focus)
3 years experience with the .NET Framework
Outstanding C# or VB.NET skills
And experience in one or more of the following:
SQL
VSTO
VBA
LINQ
SQL Server Reporting Services
SQL Server Integration Services
Infopath Forms Development
