Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a SAP Helpdesk Specialist for a contract to hire role in Dallas, TX
The consultant will be part of a helpdesk team that provides traditional tier 1 support. This includes: Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Connectivity (Active Directory, TCP/IP, Wireless, etc.) Additionally the candidate will become the Tier 1 SME for triage of SAP support for both Functional and Technical issues.

Experience: In order to qualify for this position the candidate must have 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk support role and have provided support for SAP
