As the Six Sigma Project Manager, your responsibilities will be to dentify, prioritize and resolve issues as they arise; including, but not limited to, issues of project progress. Communicate and integrate with Leadership, Business Partners, customers and external groups as needed. Select the appropriate technology solution to meet the business requirements and employ suitable tools, techniques and methodologies in accordance with the process. Plan and lead the work of initiative teams and motivate them to deliver to the project timeline and deliverables. Ensure adherence to applicable practices and standards, including architecture, the process, coding, privacy, etc. Share knowledge and best practices adopted / originated in the project with other projects. Assist the project Change Manager with the establishment and maintaining a repository of project artifacts and with scope management and change control management.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
- End-to-end lifecycle accountability for the Technology, Service and Fulfillment components of initiative delivery.
- Employ standard technical project management discipline and processes in delivering the right technology solution to the business partner, on time and within budget (i.e. management of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, personnel, communications, risk and procurement).
- Employ the Six Sigma Change Process 3.0 Plus Technology SSCP3.0T in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects.
- Assist with project forecasting and budget with input from System SMEs, developers, testers, implementation tams and post implementation support.
- Ensure development of the Work Breakdown Structure WBS for all systems of record and dependencies, including MBNAIS, Bacardi, MID, IDW, FM, 3CP and others.
- Coordinate with resource management with regard to resource planning, tracking and performance.
