The individual in this position will have responsibility for the support of Client's Portal system. This role will work closely with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization. Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role.
-A four year college degree; with experience in Visual Basic, .Net and SQL.
-Strong project management, communication, requirements gathering, documentation and analysis skills are required.
-Experience with projects of moderate to high complexity and in multiple technologies and functions needed.
-Broad experience managing large or multiple projects.
-Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the systems development life cycle and PM life cycle.
Communications:
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including facilitation and team leadership skills.
-Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance. Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
Overall:
Ability to work in fast paced environment being self motivated, pleasantly aggressive and assertive, realistically ambitious with high personal ethics. Have the discipline to follow established methodology while seeking ways to improve the process. This role will work closely with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization.
