Technical Recruiter in Dallas, TX

The ideal candidate is highly motivated with at least 2 years IT Recruiting experience in the local Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Responsibilities include:
. Work with the sales team to understand client requirements
. Using creative recruiting techniques, identify and qualify technical candidates that exceed our clients expectations
. Submit candidates to our sales staff for delivery to clients for short and long term consulting assignments and full time equivalent placements
. Maintain relationships with engaged consultants to ensure satisfaction and longevity on assignments
. Attend local recruiting events and user group meetings to network
. Support the team as needed

Candidates that meet the following criteria will be placed into consideration:
. At least 2 years experience recruiting for IT professionals in the DFW market
. Bachelor's Degree preferred
. Strong understanding of consulting and direct hire processes
. Understanding of the Dallas/Ft. Worth IT market
. Ability to support the team with new business generation
. Previous experience identifying, qualifying, screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for consulting assignments
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Knowledge of IT terminology and strong PC skills (MSOffice, Outlook, and some type of RDBMS experience)
. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
. A desire to work in a team environment
