Immediate opening for a Web Developer in our fast-paced Dallas office. Candidates should be hard-working, dedicated and creative. Duties include developing project requirements, definition, and analysis. The candidate will be designing browser-based and in-house web-based applications with ASP, ColdFusion and .NET ( VB and C#) interfacing with MSSQL. The Web Developer will also be developing full life cycle application documentation. The candidate will be responsible for any Intranet site issues and will be responsible for designing and supporting the Firm’s Internet and Intranet web sites and associated applications. Experience: The web developer must have advanced knowledge of the following:
ASP (4 yrs)
ColdFusion (4 yrs)
.NET - VB and C# (4 yrs)
Java
JSP
XML
Excellent SQL skills, including relational database design required. Experience with Plumtree beneficial. The Web Developer must have excellent verbal and written communications skills along with a strong ability to work individually and in a team environment required. Must have the ability to translate business requirements into an application technical design document, and model application architecture within the environment. Experience as the sole or lead developer of at least 3 major projects required. The Web Developer should be experienced in business process analysis, software design and requirements definition and documentation.
