Help Desk Analyst I in Dallas, TX

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to provide phone based technical support associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. Must be able to recognize, research, isolate, then present a resolution to the reported problems. Must also have good follow-up abilities. The Help Desk Analyst I will also be performing general maintenance tasks, must resolve less complex problems immediately, while delivering more complex issues to a higher level of support. May also involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The Help Desk Analyst I must have 3 years of Windows XP experience, 3 years of Microsoft Office experience, and 1 year of Technical Help Desk experience.
