Strong technical working knowledge and hands-on experience at medium to large corporate environments, including:
Strong hands-on technical experience and security management with Server virtualization, consolidation, rationalization design and architect technical experience AD, PKI & Group Policy
Document standard operating procedure for management and use of the directory services environment including AD Restoration procedure
AD Proactive maintenance using enterprise monitoring tools
Excellent knowledge of server hardware (IBM/HP) drivers, and protocols
Ability to be accessible and available for on call responsibility and support
Strong technical working knowledge and hands-on experience at medium to large corporate environments, including:
Provide appropriate information and recommendations to resolve problems on behalf of the customer
Design and architecting technical solutions, enhancements, and proposal upgrades recommendation
Coach, mentor, and train other engineers
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to define an document practices and procedures consistently and accurately
Plan and lead project installations
ISA server experience a plus
Education:
MIS, CS or Engineering Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, or Engineering and/or equivalent 7 years experience; MCSE or MCSA and/or VMWARE Certification preferred
