Desktop Support Analyst in Dallas, TX

Our client is seeking a Help Desk / Desktop Support Repetitive to provide phone based technical support and desk side technical support associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems; The Help Desk / Desktop Support Repetitive will do Remote in, password resets, etc., also will be required to do some light hardware fixes; primarily working with Win 2000, XP, some Citrix applications (experience in Citrix is not necessary). The Help Desk / Desktop Support Representative must be able to recognize, research, isolate, and then present a resolution to the reported problems; the Help Desk / Desktop Support Repetitive must also have good follow-up abilities to ensure complete satisfaction from end-users; end-users will most likely not be technical.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The Help Desk / Desktop Support Repetitive must have 2+ years of help desk/desktop experience. Familiar with handling end user calls with questions supporting Win 2000 and XP. The Help Desk / Desktop Support Repetitive should be familiar with dial up issues, remote connectivity, and hardware break-fixes. End-users will most likely not be technical.
