MERIDIAN Technology Group is seeking a SQL Server DBA JW6333 with a minimum of 4+ years experience working as a SQL Server DBA. Must have 4 years of TSQL experience and 2 years of SQL 2K DTS and performance tuning experience. 1 year of SQL Server 2000/2005 and SQL 2K5 SSIS experience required. Experience with SSIS/DTS programming also required.You will be responsible for analyzing system and user requirements, functionality and procedures to improve the structure and performance of the existing data warehouse. You will implement project-specific requirements and business rules via stored procedures, triggers, constraint etc. Verify accuracy of data and the maintenance and support of the data warehouse. Administer, develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of databases. Implement data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes. Resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication and other distributed data issues. Design and construct web pages/sites including graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Prepare analytic, design, planning, testing, implementation and training documentation.
