Our cutting edge client is looking to expand their Networking team to include an ambitious Cisco Certified | CCNA | VOIP technical professional to add to their dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of experience dealing with Cisco VOIP products, and 3 or more years experience utilizing Cisco ICM technology.

Experience: Translating business requirements into detailed system requirements for ICM
Determine functionality within ICM to accommodate support hours of operation, holiday call handling, business continuity and emergency call routing
Be able to solve technical issues relating to Cisco Pre and Post call ICM reporting
Previous call center environment experience
