Will visually monitor multiple tools that monitor the servers, systems and processes of Company Internet Operations. Will be REQUIRED to have BOTH Windows & UNIX exp. Will use that exp to log in to both Window and UNIX servers to troubleshoot/resolve system issues.Should be able to identify network issues, use basic troubleshooting methods to isolate the cause. Including ping and trace route commands for both windows and UNIX. Tshould then be able to interpret the output from the commands. will be required to open trouble tickets, and should have good documentation skills. should be able to operate in a team environment. should be available to work shift work, and work any shift assigned to them. Unix exper is highly desired. Shift 1:6:00AM-4:00 PM Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday Shift 2: 2:00PM-12 Midnight Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday Shift 3:10:00PM-08:00 AM Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday
