Prominent Organization is seeking a Systems/Business Analyst with knowledge of relational database concepts and experience utilizing MSSQL view designer, query analyzer, and Transact SQL to provide database administration support and custom reporting. The Systems/Business Analyst must demonstrate the ability to analyze design, and develop integration methods using Integration Manager or eConnect. The Systems/Business Analyst should have experience with products such as Integration Manager, FRx Reporter, Crystal Reports, and Business Portal. The Systems/Business Analyst must be able to demonstrate the ability to apply full life-cycle project management methodologies to the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing support of a Microsoft Dynamics GP. The Systems/Business Analyst must have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) with recent experience developing, implementing and supporting basic database maintenance activities such as maintenance plans, backups, restores, data import/export, performance optimization, version upgrades, and service pack installation. The Systems/Business Analyst must have the proven ability to understand business processes with accounting functions and then translate that data into a configured business application. The Systems/Business Analyst must be a positive self-starter with strong commitment to excellence. The Systems/Business Analyst must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong situational fluency and ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing priorities. Experience: The Systems/Business Analyst should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field with emphasis on Information Systems, and with 3+ years of recent implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) in a consulting and internal support role. The Systems/Business Analyst must have 3+ years senior or manager level experience in public or private accounting areas. The Systems/Business Analyst should be familiar with all accounting functions through adjusted trail balance and financial statement preparation, or have an equivalent combination of training and experience. The Systems/Business Analyst must have experience with modules such as GL, AR, AP, BR, FA HR, PR, POP, IV, SOP, Field Service, Project Accounting, Smartlist, and eXtender. The Systems/Business Analyst should have certification in Microsoft Dynamics GP and have experience with Microsoft SQL server administration.
