Sr. BPM Process Consultant in Dallas, TX

Our North Dallas client is seeking a Sr. BPM Process Consultant:Position Overview:A Sr. Business Process Management (BPM) Process Consultant - has a minimum of three years of experience in a software implementation environment and one year of implementation experience with ALBPM (formerly FuegoBPM) or a similar BPM product. This position requires the willingness and ability to travel 40-80% of the year, as well as the consulting, programming and communication skills needed to develop software solutions for clients.Qualifications:B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree A minimum of three years experience in a software implementation environment; or ten years of industry experience A minimum of one year of implementation experience with FuegoBPM or a similar business process management product A minimum of two years experience programming in an object oriented (OO) language, preferably using the Java programming language Experience with J2EE technologies (JSP, EJB, JMS, servlets) or .Net, COM/DCOM, VB Three years of RDBMS experience for at least one of the market leading vendors (e.g. Oracle, DB/2, MS SQL Server) Working knowledge of at least one source control tool required (CVS, VSS, ClearCase, etc.)Proficient in UNIX and Windows OS Hands-on proficiency with UML use case and sequence diagram design tools Ability to rapidly learn new programming concepts and techniques Exposure to iterative development methodology Intermediate consulting skills; ability to engage clients in dialogue regarding project technical issues and work performed Advanced communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely express original thoughts and opinions Spanish language skills a bonus U.S. citizens or otherwise presently authorized to work full-time in the U.S. Pass background checkActivities:Work comfortably in a variety of platforms: Windows, UNIX, Linux, etc. Work with clients to understand business process issues and correlate those issues to the proposed solution's design requirements Model proposed solutions using Business Process Modeling techniques and standard process notation Take direction from an architect regarding the implementation of proposed solutions; offer alternative design approaches based upon experience Deliver quality code in a timely manner that meets solution requirements Test delivered code to ensure quality and functional completeness Participate in peer code reviews Participate in project reviews Contribute to white papers Identify product improvements and communicate these appropriately Apply Herehttp://www.maxhire.net/cp/?E5586D361E43717B7D50126539511D6D482C77Please visit us on the web at www.frontlinesourcegroup.com Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/V/D.
