One of the leading telecom companies in the Dallas, TX area has an immediate need for a System Engineer. The candidate will cover a variety of equipment and include customer installation, customer trouble issues, problem solving, escalations and support of the Alcatel platform. The individual will also be responsible for customer contact of resolution.
Required:
. Experience in equipment build, provisioning, customer care or NOC environment
. Two or more years experience with ATM/DSL
. MS Office Suite
. Strong written/verbal skills
. Ability to troubleshoot, self-starter, and team player
. Alcatel Equipment/Network experience
Desired:
. Telecom experience
. Ability to multi-task
