Reputable healthcare organization seeking a Desktop / Field Analyst. The successful candidate will provide day to day support of multiple sites (all local / DFW), primarily desktop support, some phone support for remote sites, and basic network troubleshooting. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Skills required for this position are:
- Windows 2000 & XP troubleshooting / support experience
- Proven troubleshooting expertise with MS Office applications
- Network troubleshooting experience (must be proficient with TCP/IP, networking printers, etc)
- Healthcare and/or MS certifications highly desired
** Must have reliable transportation as this position will require driving to multiple local sites from time to time when issues cannot be resolved over the phone / remotely. Mileage reimbursed at IRS maximum allowable.
