The position will provide SAP Customer Service assistance in both project settings and ongoing operational support roles. Collaborate with both client and other team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy solutions. Support sales efforts as required to develop RFP responses, attend sales calls, demo SAP, and assist in staffing model development for potential opportunities. Train and mentor junior team members, assisting them with SAP learning and general consulting skill set development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project: Support full life cycle engagements, participating and leading the Customer Service functional area through all aspects of a CCS deployment. Blueprint, Configuration, Testing, and Operational support of the following Customer Service Components:
· Customer Interaction Center (CiC0)
· Front Office processes including Service Notifications
· SAPphone Telephony interface
· CRM and Web IC
Operations: Provide ongoing operational support to clients. Receive task assignments from the SAP Coordinator and work to resolution within the SAP Application Management team
Sales: Provide sales support to SAP Practice leadership and Alliance Data Utilities sales associates. Provide specific content pieces as assigned for RFP response development, participate on sales calls, and provide expertise for scoping and modeling with regard to Customer Service
Professional development: Continually expand existing knowledge of SAP Customer Service. Research upcoming releases, review trends within SAP CCS and utilities as a sector, and help identify formal training opportunities for skill set development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Four year degree with an emphasis on information technology, business, or accounting
Previous experience with another CIS and the desire to learn SAP.
Ability to evaluate impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP IS-U CCS modules.
Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across SAP processes. Ability to work closely with clients to find solutions and identify business process improvements.
Strong communication skills required; written, verbal, and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to travel.
