The Creative Group has several client who are looking for qualified Web Site Designers. Successful candidates will design Internet and intranet sites that accurately reflect the organization's goals, objectives and identity. This position provides strategic direction and concept development for online projects, including web graphics and banner ads, from concept to implementation. Responsible for overall look and feel of web sites. Must have a demonstrated understanding of Internet design issues (browser usability, cross-platform compatibility, color and quick loading of images, etc.).

Experience: Expert Knowledge of design software and authoring tools such as: Illustrator, Photoshop, Macromedia, Flash, Director, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and 3+ years agency experience. All candidates will undergo software skill evaluations and be required to present and discuss portfolio.
