A North Dallas client is actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the roll-out of a brand-new portal development project. This accomplished individual will be responsible for assisting in the preliminary designing and building of the application, testing, and final deployment. This position is a contract-to-hire. A strong emphasis for this project will involve Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Rational Unified Processes (RUP).

Experience: 5+ yrs of BA experience (or equivalent QA with relevant BA exposure)
Ability to capture business requirements
Develop process flows, develop business scenarios, use cases, test plans, & test scripts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in RUP and UML
Project management skills is a plus
